After five years of living in Boston, I made my second celebrity sighting (not counting the numerous times I've seen Catie Curtis; the first sighting was OJ Simpson at California Pizza Kitchen).I saw Tom Brady this evening on my way to pick up some groceries. We passed each other and made eye contact right outside Whole Foods. There he was, in a t-shirt, jeans and sports jacket, holding a bag of groceries. I turned around to see where he was going and it appeared that he was entering a Porsche SUV parked at a metered spot.
I'm pretty damn sure it was him. I spend a lot of time looking at Tom Brady when I'm watching football. I would recognize him anywhere, especially with that distinct chin.
When I told SC that I thought I saw Tom Brady she said that I probably did because he recently bought a condo in the Back Bay. Thus, it would make perfect sense that he would be shopping at that Whole Foods.
